A Kinda Christmas Fashion Tale

Style challenge 3

This is our second last What I Wore While doing Alison's Fall Challenge.   I'm getting to the point that I'm lazy at selfies and forgetting the small details that I wanted to work on.  Ah well, Alison is running a Wardrobe Basics for Women over 40 and while I'm approaching that, I think I've got my necessities down, so I think I'll be skipping out on this one. I, however, will definitely be signing up for her winter/holiday challenge.

Here's what I attempted this week:
Wednesday Alison said: long cardigan, layering t, plaid scarf, boyfriend jeans, oxfords.
I did oversized cardi (Winners) white T (Superstore), plaid scarf (Aldo accessories), boyfriend jeans (Gap-old), Hush Puppie boots.

Thursday Alison said: striped layering T, puffer vest, leopard scarf, dark denim and riding boots
I wore my Gap uniform: brown puffer, striped shirt, jeggings and then my Chinese Laundry boots.  Oh, and the leopard scarf which I think is from Simons.

Friday Alison said: neutral sweater, solid T, leggings or black jeans and leopard flats.
I wore my oversized sweater (Simons), Hue leggings and Joie plaid loafers.

Saturday Alison said: puffer vest, plaid shirt, grey jeans & riding boots
I did the brown puffer vest (Gap), my DKNY chambray (The Bay), grey denim (H&M) and brown boots (Just Fab).

Sunday Alison said: military jacket, striped top, dark denim and leopard print shoes
I did military jacket (DKNY- Winners), striped tunic (BCBG, the Bay), Hue leggings and aztec print loafers (Nine West)

Monday Alison said: dressy sweater, grey denim & booties
I did grey cable knit sweater (DKNY), grey denim (H&M) and Hunter rubber boots.  Because it snow/rained.

Tuesday Alison said: neutral sweater, striped T, boyfriend jeans & oxfords
I went with my oversized Tiger sweater (Vero Moda- the Bay), boyfriend jeans (Gap-old) and Converse ballerina shoes.

  1. Always love your outfits and the location of your shots. Much better than the work bathroom! I like the denim shirt and vest outfit the best. It creams fall to me. The coffee you are holding may have swayed me as well

In closing, may I just comment on your hair? It's to die for! I always think it & not sure I've said it aloud. My hair? Well, there's a very good reason my selfies are from the shoulders down ;)
