Work Your Work Wear Challenge. Week one. The one without the work.

That's right, I'm doing Alison's work wear challenge without a work place.  This is SO a year too late for me.  But I decided that this would be the perfect opportunity for me to practice styling down outfits and to shop my closet.  Check out what the other great bloggers are doing also and give them some love, we have two bloggers who are brand spanking new to the blogworld this week!!!

Once Upon a Time & Happily Ever After | Looks Like Lauren

As for me, this is what I came up with this week.  I did have errands to run and such, so it was nice to have something to get dressed up for.  I'm actually putting in a couple mornings "at" work this week so will be able to use the work challenge to it's fullest.  Stay tuned for more ensembles next week!

The one with the bright blouse, black dress pants, statement necklace and leopard print shoes.

The one with the sheath dress with a white button up underneath, statement necklace and bright flats.
Linking up with Alison also!

  1. I really like how you layered the tshirt under the dress. Not something I ever think to do but it looks great. Also love the back of the green shirt, a nice little surprise on the back!

  2. I love everything about the first. I really need a purse that I can wear across my body. I know you aren't wearing yours like that in the pic, but it looks long enough to. Super cute for errands!

  6. If I didn't have to go to work, I don't know that I would ever change out of comfy clothes. I love dressing up, but comfy clothes are just, well, comfy. Cute outfits--I'm absolutely in love with the color pairing on the first one!

    1. Hahah, I completely agree on the comfy clothes being awesome. I may have only worn these outfits for 2 hours in the day, possibly because my cozy clothes are secretly my favourite. Thanks for stopping by!
